We had an exceptional experience with Lindsey! She created a delicious menu and tweaked it with options to suit all of us. She was super responsive from our initial request all the way until she arrived. All of the ingredients were so fresh and it was so fun watching her cook the various dishes. She was friendly, professional, and most importantly of all was amazing amazing chef! We loved the flavors she created on all of her courses...
Lindsey was beyond amazing! Not only was the food amazing but the entire experience from the initial conversation on the event (my wife’s birthday) to the final dessert was well beyond expectations. Lindsey was responsive, friendly, wonderfully open to questions on her food art and fun to just talk to. I would 1,000% do this again soon.
Lindsey exceeded our hopes and expectations in every way. She was extremely warm, professional, and prepared. All of our guests remarked that it was the best meal they’ve had in ages! We can’t wait to have Lindsey again!
Styles Of Service
Heavy appetizers
This is such a fun way to feed a crowd, allowing for easy movement among guests and interaction about the bites. Appetizers are typically self contained and don’t require any utensils. Bold flavors and beautiful presentations are key.
Family style
This definitely speeds up the pace of the dinner and lends a more casual and interactive feeling to the event. Great for groups with children. Family style dinners can also work well with a cocktail hour and dessert.
Buffet
Similar to family style except the platters of food can be displayed on a kitchen island or serving table. This is a great option for groups over 20. Gorgeous bountiful platters are presented with no warming equipment needed for most events.
Individually coursed & plated
Starting at 3 courses and going up from there. Most common is a cocktail hour with appetizers (1-2) followed by a first course, second course, and dessert.
